Queens Park Rangers women hosted Cambridge United Women at Rectory Park. For the second time in a row, the Rs are forced to play away from their home ground. Curling a free kick just over the bar Maloney came close. Winning it on ninety minutes Jo Blodgett gave QPR the points. A fabulous strike from the player looped over the keeper, earning the victory.
In conclusion Queens Park Rangers were well deserving of their win. Cambridge fortunate to only lose by one. Having had an advantage in players for large parts of the game, as well as the assistance from the officials. Who should be awarded an assist for creating the visitors first goal.
