For their final fixture of the year Queens Park Rangers Women hosted Hashtag United Women. Concluding what has been a up and down year, the tags made the journey to Hanwell top of the league table. Coming close again as the half drew to an end, the guest had an effort narrowly tipped over the bar thirty minutes in. QPR Women had their final opportunity hit the wood work.
With QPR two down at the break Hashtag united demonstrated their dominance. Showing everyone why they are top of the league, and intend to not let it slip. Impressive from a side based of YouTube. A brilliant start in the second half gave the home side a lift. Coming out from the changing rooms with a point to prove, the Rs were all over their opponents. In conclusion the final game of the year ends in a defeat. Up against good opposition, it was always going to be hard. More so with the differences in budget. Hashtag deserved the win overall.
